Words do matter! What we say and think about ourselves can make or break us.

We all talk to ourselves. But what would happen if we got up every morning and started our day telling ourselves how thankful we are for what God has done for us. I genuinely believe we would have a positive attitude about ourselves, and our day would be much brighter.

Our Bible verse says, "I will give thanks to the LORD with my whole heart; I will recount all of Your wonderful deeds." Psalm 9:1 GNT

When we give thanks with our whole hearts and recount all of His wonderful deeds, we will be talking to ourselves about how blessed we are.
