Just reading these words makes me smile and feel better. I like to hear good news! When I hear good news, it makes me smile. There is something about hearing something positive that is also good for our health.

When we smile, or someone smiles at us, it brings us joy and happiness. Plus, when we hear good news, it's good for our health.
