When we do life with God, it doesn't matter if we have a setback. We know that He already has a comeback. We all have setbacks. It's a part of life. But even those don't need to concern us when we do life with God.

Our Bible verse says, Remember the LORD in everything you do, and He will show you the right way. Proverbs 3:6 GNT

Sometimes we forget to ask the LORD for help. However, when we remember to do life with Him and include Him in everything, He will show us the right way to go. Our setback will be a comeback!
