Be Available

Years ago, I talked at a church. Before I gave my testimony, a man said a prayer. He said something like this. "Help Kay to continue being available to do Your will. But if she isn't, I know You'll find someone who is."

I believe God gives us opportunities, and we can take them or leave them. However, if we don't take them, He'll find someone else who is available.

We must be available if we want to work God's plan for our lives. We may not think we're all that special, and that's okay. We are special in God's eyes.

Our Bible verse says, "I heard the Lord's voice, saying, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?" Then I said, "Here I am. Send me!" Isaiah 6:8 WEB

Every day God is asking, "Whom shall I send?" Let our response be, "Here I am. Send me!"
