I've heard that we believe more about what we say to ourselves than what others say about us. So if that's true, and I think it is true, we need to say kind words to ourselves and others.
Our Bible verse says, "Worry can rob you of happiness, but kind words will cheer you up." Proverbs 12:25 GNT
Why rob ourselves of happiness by worry? Instead, think and speak kind words not only to others but also to ourselves.
