We have a little dish on our coffee table. It simply says, "Be Still And Know That I Am." I keep it there to remind myself that I need to relax and know God is always with me and stay in peace.
Our Bible verse says, "Be still, and know that I am God!" Psalm 46:10 NLT
When we really know God, we can be still no matter what happens in our lives or in the world. It's amazing how being still can change our moods.
