When we think about comfort, we often think of the comfort we received as children from our mothers. As mothers, we know how often we were the only ones who could calm a crying infant. Likewise, when children are upset, they run to mom for comfort.
But what if your mom isn't around? Who do you run to for comfort?
Our Bible verse says, As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you. Isaiah 66:13
As our mothers or we as mothers comfort our children, God will comfort us. Now God's love is the ultimate comfort.
