It is amazing how our feelings change when we trust the LORD. It doesn't matter what's happening around us, but what's going on in us that makes us stressed out and worried.
Our Bible verse says, "You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in You, all whose thoughts are fixed on You!" Isaiah 26:3
Where we fix our thoughts is essential if we want perfect peace. For example, when I feel stressed and worried, I know that my thoughts are on circumstances and not set on the LORD.
The second I change my thinking and put my trust in the LORD, my feelings change, and peace returns.
