We all have a choice in how we handle life. We can live upset and allow people and events to control us or choose peace of mind as our goal.
Our Bible verse says, Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled; do not be afraid. John 14:27 BSB
The Lord has given us His peace. So we have peace! It's up to us to not allow our hearts to be troubled or afraid.
