Before I was in a personal relationship with the LORD, I was a big worrier. Worrying sucked the joy right out of my life. As a result, I felt tense, anxious, and stressed. However, once I began trusting the LORD, I could feel joy fill my heart, and I had more strength to handle what life threw me.
Our Bible verse says, And do not be worried, for the joy of the LORD is your strength and your stronghold. Nehemiah 8:10 AMP Bible
The LORD's joy is our strength and stronghold. We will worry less when we have His joy because our trust is in Him.
