Build Your Strength Up

After Todd died, I had little to no strength. Yet, I wanted to be strong, not only for myself but also for our other two children. So, at first, I tried on my own. Finally, I realized my strength was not enough. I gave my weakness and the piddly little strength I had to the Lord. When I did that, I now had His power. My life took a radical change for the better.

If we want to be strong, we have to be willing to give our weaknesses to the Lord. We can't hang on to our ashes and have beauty at the same time.

Our Bible verse says, Finally, build up your strength in union with the Lord and by means of His mighty power. Ephesians 6:10 GNT

We build up our strength by our personal relationship with the Lord. We give Him our weakness, and He gives us His strength.

Give God your weakness, and He'll give you His strength.
