We are in control of what we allow in our minds. Therefore, we need to choose our thoughts carefully to have the quality of life we want.
Our Bible verse says, "Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise." Philippians 4:8 NLT
When we think about excellence and the worthiness of praise, we train our minds to look for the good.
Train your mind to look for the good in everything.
