Cheer Up!

This week has not gone as planned. I have a big event happening this Saturday where pictures will be taken. I've been getting ready for a few weeks.

On Tuesday, I decided I would have a few highlights put in my hair. Well, the few highlights turned me into a blonde. This was not the look I wanted! I took a picture, but my hair looks nothing like the picture. I'm going to find out if blondes have more fun!

Despite all of my home remedies, my eyes are swollen up from allergies. I've tried everything I learned online to no avail. So I'm trying to cheer up and smile because I know it will only swell more if I cry.

Today's Bible verse says, My peace will be with you. In the world, you'll have trouble. But cheer up! I have overcome the world. John 16:33

In this world, we all have trouble, even little things like hair and swollen eyes. But this verse tells us to cheer up, and God's peace will be with us.
