It would be freedom to stay calm and not react when things happen that we don't like. We will be winning if we put the negativity aside.
Our Bible verses say, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6&7
To stay calm and have peace, we can tell God about everything that is bothering us and stop allowing ourselves to be anxious.
