How we respond to challenging situations in life directly affects our health and well-being. Usually, our first response is to get upset. After we have learned the effects of this response, we should be smart enough to take control.
Today's Bible verse says, "Losing self-control leaves you as helpless as a city without a wall." Proverbs 25:28 CEV
We have self-control. We need to use it! Why leave ourselves wide open for the effects of stress on our lives.
