I don't think we realize how important our words are. We can lift others or ourselves up with words, or we can tear others and ourselves down.
Our Bible verse says, "Kind words are like honey-sweet to the soul and healthy for the body." Proverbs 16:24 NLT
I don't know if people realize how vital kind words are. They cheer us up, and they bring health to our bodies.
Good words are worth much and cost little.
