This is good advice. God rains down His love to help us to be all that He created us to be. If what we are doing isn't helping us to grow, we need to let it go.
Our Bible verse says, "May He be like rain that falls on the mown grass, like showers that water the earth!" ~ Psalm 72:6
God's love is like rain that falls gently to bring growth.
If it's not gonna help you to grow then you gotta let it go.
