If we want to be refreshed, restored, and renewed the best way to do this is to spend time with God. In the times we are living we need this more than ever.
Our Bible verse says, "But those who trust in the LORD for help will find their strength renewed. They will rise on wings like eagles; they will run and not get weary; they will walk and not grow weak." Isaiah 40:31 GNT
When we spend time with the LORD we find our strength renewed. We find new energy to keep moving forward. We learn to trust God more. Everything is put into perspective.
