It's easy to get caught up in the events of the day. We don't understand why or what is going on. To maintain our peace in the mists of the storms in life we need to keep our trust in the Lord.
Our Bible verse says, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding." Proverbs 3:5 NLT
When we put our trust in the Lord we know that He is working everything out for our good. (see Romans 8:28) We can't always depend on our own understanding.
