How wonderful it is to have serenity in the middle of a storm. It's easy to get all stressed and upset when we face trials and troubles in life. We all have experienced these reactions.
Our Bible verse says, But you are a tower of refuge O LORD, a tower of refuge to the needy in distress. You are a refuge from the storm and a shelter from the heat. For the oppressive acts of ruthless people are like a storm beating against a wall. Isaiah 25:4 NLT
The LORD is our tower and refuge against the storms in life. Whether it be distress from trials or people who try to wear us down. We can always go to Him for strength and serenity.
