I've shed a lot of tears in my life. Quite honestly, I think when we shed tears they can be healing. Tears do relieve pressure. They say tears of grief are made up of different chemistry than other tears. Tears of grief actually bring healing.
A strong person does cry, but they don't live in a pity party. A strong person gets back up and fights again.
Our Bible verse says, "The LORD will give strength to His people; The LORD will bless His people with peace." Psalm 29:11 NASB
The LORD will give us strength! He will bless us and give us peace so that we can get up and fight again.
