Being content is a learning process. It's not easy to calm down and be content when life throws us a curveball.
Our Bible verse teaches us how. "...I have learned to be content in whatever situation I am in... For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength. Philippians 4:12-13
It doesn't matter whatever situation we are in we can be content if we rely on Christ who gives us the strength.
