We all know after we have lived through something we understand it much better than just having someone tell us about it.
Our Bible verse seems kinda strange at first. "Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy." James 1:2 NLT
How could we ever consider troubles as an opportunity for joy? I believe if we see the things we go through as an opportunity to learn and have a better understanding it can be a positive experience.
