When we have faith we may not know how something is going to work out but we trust God to bring good out of it. It's amazing what benefits trusting God can bring, including health.
Our Bible verses today can help us to see the benefits of trusting God. "Trust in the LORD with all your heart. Never rely on what you think you know. Never let yourself think that you are wiser than you are; simply respect the LORD and refuse to do wrong. If you do, it will be like good medicine, healing your wounds and easing your pains.' Proverbs 3: 5-8
This is amazing! We all know that stress and worry are not healthy for our bodies. If we trust the LORD and stop trying to figure everything out it will be like good medicine.
