We are all on our own life's journey. We don't have the same things to do. Each person has been given a special gift to give.
Many years ago my friend Eugena gave me this Bible verse. I've kept this verse in my mind and when I feel discouraged I say it to myself. "And I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ." Philippians 1:6 ESV
I didn't start a good work in myself. God did! This gives me hope that since He started it He will complete it! I'm not in competition with anyone.
Life is not a competition. Each one is on their own journey.
