There are a lot of talented people who sit on the sidelines of life. It's important to use the gifts and talents we have. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work.
Our Bible verse says, "Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord and not for people" Colossians 3:23
It doesn't matter what we do if we work at it with all of our heart.
The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.
