I found this quote in "Deep Life Quotes". I think it's something to really think about. Are we doing stuff that matters?
Does it matter what we eat? Does it matter if we exercise? Does it matter how we think? Does it matter how we treat people? The list goes on and on...
Our Bible verse says, "Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord and not for people." Colossians 3:23
Whatever we do if we're doing it unto the Lord we know that it does matter.
