Our feelings are fickle and they come and go. We can feel differently about the same thing depending on the day and what's going on. But God is not like us. He is love and His love is unconditional.
Our Bible verse says, "So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love... 1 John 4:16 ESV
We have to not only know but we need to also believe God's love for us. God is love!
Though our feelings come and go God's love for us does not.
