Years ago I had an elderly friend that would always tell me not to worry because this too shall pass. It may sound odd but her words helped me to calm down and relax. Keeping calm in a stressful situation helps us in more ways than one.
For the LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs." Zephaniah 3:17
Although there is no Bible verse saying "This too shall pass" the Bible does say that His love will calm all of our fears. Things do come and go in life and we know that to keep calm in stressful situations is the best thing we can do.
