Did you know that it takes the same amount of effort to think ourselves happy or miserable? It sure does so why make yourself miserable.
The following Bible verse is something Paul said, "I think myself happy" Acts 26:2 One of my favorite Bible verses reads, "Be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts." Proverbs 4:23 GNT
We can either think ourselves happy or miserable. It takes the same amount of effort. When we realize that our thoughts shape our lives we can think ourselves happy like Paul.
