Personally, I think it's easier not to let praise go to your head than it is to not let criticism go to your heart. It's hurtful when people criticize us. But it's to our benefit to let it go.
Paul in the Bible was criticized on several occasions. Today's Bible verse shows us how he dealt with it. "Alexander the coppersmith did me much harm, but the Lord will judge him for what he has done." 2 Timothy 4:14 NLT
Paul let the criticism go and put Alexander in the Lord's hands. We can do the same. When people praise you, don't let it go to your head. When they criticize you, don't let it go to your heart. Let it go!
