Why do we allow thoughts that steal our joy to make themselves at home in our minds? Now that's a good question!
Our Bible verse tells us to take every thought captive. (see 2 Corinthians 10:5) But what should we think about? This verse says, "Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise." Philippians 4:8 NLT
Let's think about what we're thinking about. We would never invite a thief into our house. So why allow thoughts that steal our joy make themselves at home in our minds? Let's keep our joy!
