What we think about has a huge effect on our lives. We can't expect to be happy if we think about all that's wrong in the world and in our life.
Our Bible verse makes this clear. "Be very careful what you think. Your thoughts run your life." Proverbs 4:23.
Our mind is a powerful thing. If we want to move forward in a positive way we need to be very careful about what we think.
