It's A Joy!

Yesterday I increased my happiness by taking Grandma Z cookies to the construction workers and staff at Planet Fitness.

I wrote about smiles yesterday and I can tell you the beautiful smiles on those guy's faces when they saw those cookies brought joy to my heart.

Today's Bible verse says, "And do not forget to do good and to share with others,..." Hebrews 13:16

Sometimes we may forget that doing good for others is not a duty, but a joy! It will not only increase the happiness of others, but ours as well.
