Sometimes our silence, when someone is expecting us to get upset, speaks louder than words spoken in the heat of emotion.

I like to remember how Jesus handled adversity. When He was accused He said absolutely nothing. When someone expects us to get upset and we remain silent we show we have knowledge and we are keeping a cool head.
A meaningful silence is better than meaningless words.
