We need to be careful what seeds we allow to grow and to take root. Not all seeds will bear flowers or good fruit.
Our Bible verse tells us, "Be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts." Proverbs 4:23 GNT
We do need to be careful how we think and what we allow to take root in our minds. Our minds are like a garden and our thoughts are like seeds. We can grow flowers or we can grow weeds.
