It was not the nails that kept Jesus on the cross. It was His LOVE that He had for each one of us.
Our Bible verses today say, "For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16 NLT "There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends." John 15:13
On this Good Friday, let's not forget the awesome love it took to lay down His life for us to have eternal life. It was not the nails that kept Jesus on that cross. It was His LOVE!
