As we journey through life we will enjoy it more if we don't drag along too much baggage. Too much baggage are the feelings you have about your past and the things that have happened to you, which often have a negative effect on your behavior and attitudes.

As we journey through life let's fix our thought on things that are excellent and worthy of praise. We will enjoy life more if we don't carry too much baggage.
