We all talk to ourselves so why not say something good. I love today's quote because it says every day in every way. This includes not only our physical health but our mental and spiritual health as well.
Our Bible verse says, "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him..." Romans 15:13
We can motivate ourselves every day by keeping our minds full of good thoughts. We know that the God of all hope will fill us with joy and peace as we put our trust in Him.
When we put our trust in God we will surely get better and better every day in every way.
