Today I'm going to the eye doctor. I'm sure they will need to adjust my focus by giving me new contacts. Why? Because things are a little blurry.
Our Bible verse can help us adjust our focus when life gets blurry. "Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise." Philippians 4:8 NLT
Just like going to the eye doctor when things get blurry we may need to adjust our focus in life when things get out of focus.
