"The shell must break before the bird can fly." This quote caused me to do a lot of thinking when I read it several weeks ago.
Sometime we have to go through some very painful experiences before the shell breaks and we see the light. It sure was with me at least.
I remember reading today's Bible verse over and over. "Sometimes it takes a painful experience to make us change our ways." Proverbs 20:30 TEV
Yes, painful life experiences are not fun to go through. But sometimes they are needed to break the shell so we can fly.
