I hadn't thought about how our attitudes can get hardened until I read this today. It's so true. When things aren't going our way we start to have stinkin' thinkin' and pretty soon we have hardening of the attitudes.
Our Bible verse says, "Let the spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes." Some translations say, "Be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind."
As we give ourselves a daily check up we take every thought captive (see 2 Corinthians 10:5). When we do we will avoid stinkin' thinkin' and hardening of the attitudes.
