"Smiling faces make you happy, and good news makes you feel better." Proverbs 15:30 GNT is our Bible verse today.
I was thinking yesterday why some people are so stressed and unhappy. Then it dawned on me. Have you ever listened to the news? Good grief, it's one disaster or negative report after another.
Here's another Bible verse I've repeated to myself when I've felt discouraged. "Why, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God." Psalm 42:5
Let's be the reason someone smiles today. Let's spread some good news and most of all let's put our hope in God. We all have many reasons to praise Him.
