When we start out on anything new we need COURAGE to make a change. If we want to quit we need the STRENGTH to see it though. And even though it may seem like a struggle at times we need FAITH that everything will turn out for the best.
When we spend time with the Lord we will find new strength. We can sore high like an eagle and we can run and not be weary. (See Isaiah 40:31)
What a way to live with Courage, Strength and Faith.
