It's A Choice

Every morning, I walk on the treadmill bright and early. I have a plaque on the dresser in the bedroom where the treadmill is. It reads, "This is the day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it." This is a reminder that no matter how I feel, I can rejoice and be glad in this day.

Every day, we have a choice of how we will live the day. We can wait, see how we feel, or deliberately choose to rejoice and be glad because this is the day the Lord has made.
