We are all in a war every day of our lives. We either control our negative thoughts and feelings, or they will control us.

Our behavior affects every area of our lives. We can train ourselves to react positively to negative situations. Whatever we feed grows.

Our Bible verse says. Put off the old self. Put on the new. Ephesians 4.

We can put off the old self that lives only by how we want, think, and feel. With God's help, we can live by our new selves and live the extraordinary life Jesus died to give us.
