Silence

I have found that quietness is healing. I learned that when Todd died. I needed silence more than anything. Now, the older I get, I seem to relish quietness. For me, the best time of the day is in the quietness of the very early morning.

Our Bible verse says. In quietness and trust is your strength. Isaiah 30:15

When we trust in the LORD, we gain strength. In the quiet, we find that God is all we need.
