We can enter the rest of God through our ability to totally trust Him. Being upset weakens us. But when we totally trust and enter God's rest, we have peace, which gives us power.

Our Bible verse says. I will put my trust in the Lord! Psalm 56:3

When we totally put our trust in the Lord, we enter God's rest.
