We can do many things to help ourselves change. We can give it a good shot, but when we admit we need help, God will do it better.

Admitting we need to change and stop blaming others for our behavior is a good start. There may be a reason, but we can't use it as an excuse to stay the same way.

Our Bible verse says. "Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me" is found in Psalm 51:10.

This is a great prayer we can pray. We admit we need a clean heart and a right spirit, and ask God to change us.

We can give it a good shot, but God will do it better.
