I don't know about you, but I am pretty hard on myself. If I have a bad day, I struggle to be kind to myself. I like how this quote says to give yourself credit for everything you do right. Good advice!

Our Bible verse says. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28 NIV

We can always go to the LORD when we are tired and feel stressed by things we are going through. He will give us the rest we need.
